Background
Healthcare workers and policy makers globally struggle to access crucial diagnostic information, particularly in regions with limited connectivity. FIND needed a unified platform to serve diverse users - from lab technicians in Kenya to policy makers in Geneva - while handling bandwidth constraints and multiple languages.

Began with desk immersion, followed by interviews with 15 lab technicians and 5 policy makers. Benchmarked against WHO partner platforms. Analysed LMIC platform accessibility requirements. Mapped user journeys for key healthcare workflows
