I'm Resh. I design high-stakes software for regulated worlds: NHS services, laboratory systems used in 34 countries, and payments infrastructure behind some of the world's largest banks. I work AI-native and close to code. And since 2009 I've co-run a healthcare business, so I design like an operator.

Systems, not screens
Token-driven design systems with real governance: 200+ Material UI components at Clinisys, 84 PrimeNG components rebranded for white-label deployment at Icon.
Research when access is hard
Contextual inquiry on wards and in labs when I can get there. Proxy personas and confidence-rated assumptions when I can't, so the team knows what is evidence and what is instinct.
AI-native, code-adjacent
I prototype in code with Claude Code, Cursor and Figma MCP, tested against real component constraints from day one. The value I add is judgement: which problems, for whom, with what trade-offs.
A multiplier, not a bottleneck
Design critique across five engineering squads, a shared UX lexicon with engineering leads, prioritisation workshops that turn competing needs into a plan, and mentoring.
